Payment Terms:

1. Payment for tour bookings can be made by credit card, cash or electronic funds transfer.
2. Your tour booking is secured on receipt of your credit card details to be used only as a guarantee.
3. Your credit card will be charged for the total price of the specified tour 30 days prior to the tour date.
4. The total tour price for confirmed tour bookings under 30 days is to be pre-paid immediately.
5. A transaction receipt reference number is provided when the credit card payment is processed.
6. If payment is being made by cash, your credit card details will be required to guarantee your tour booking, and will only be charged if you fail to meet the Cancellation Terms below.
7. Cash payment is to be made prior to commencement of tour.

Cancellation Terms:

If bookings are cancelled the following fees apply:

1. More than 7 days in advance, no fee is payable. 
2. Between 2 and 7 days in advance, 50% of the total price of the specified tour is payable. 
3. Within 48 hours of the tour commencement time, 100% of the total price of the specified tour is payable. 
4. If a client fails to take up or complete a booking, 100% of the total price of the specified tour is payable. 
5. If Melbourne Hosted Tours (MHT) is forced to cancel a booking, any prior payment will be fully refunded.

Terms and Conditions:

• Melbourne Hosted Tours (ABN 24 817 680 823) reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, baggage or goods at any time.
• MHT will not be liable for the failure to carry passenger(s) or baggage. 
• Passengers must be ready for pick-up at the agreed point of departure at the nominated time. 

General Conditions:

• For reasons of health and comfort to other passengers, smoking is not permitted in a MHT vehicle – we can arrange a suitable “smoke-stop”.
• Melbourne Hosted Tours (MHT) recommends that all clients have travel insurance. 
• Melbourne Hosted Tours reserves the right to amend prices and change itineraries.

Confidentiality:

Melbourne Hosted Tours maintains the highest level of confidentiality and privacy of any information relating to you or your organisation which may be gained while performing a service.

Disclaimer:

Melbourne Hosted Tours disclaims to the extent permitted by law all liability whatsoever whether in tort or in contract for any loss or damage including consequential loss sustained by any customer or third party, whether to person or property, arising out of any private tour or related activity or otherwise.

The client acknowledges that Melbourne Hosted Tours will provide its services only on the basis of the client’s prior acceptance of this disclaimer as signified by the client’s participation in the tour.
